From Wikispatrick

The "Public" pages are the few pages on Wikispatrick that are open for the world to read. The rest of Wikispatrick is for Spatrick and his family to coordinate projects, keep reference material, and stuff like that. One public page that isn't listed below (for technical reasons) is the user login page. Also, finally, this page is public.

Pages are made public by Spatrick adding them to the $wgWhitelistRead array variable in the LocalSettings.php file. Then we add the [[Category:Public]] tag in the page's wiki markup, if possible.
